We really liked San Clemente Villas by the Sea a lot. Our experience so far has been excellent. The people are very nice. Everybody that works there is very nice, very helpful, and very proactive. They were very welcoming to my mother-in-law. Everything, from the beginning of the process until now, has been very easy, as far as just getting her in there, being flexible, and stuff like that. Her room is a studio with a private bath, and it's very clean. They're all expensive, but compared to what we've seen and having meals included, I think pricing is fair. They have a salon, a movie theater, two dining areas, a library, an exercise room, a pool, and mailbox as far as getting direct mails.

The location of San Clemente Villas By The Sea was great. There are lots of stores and amenities nearby. The lady we met was very professional and gracious. The apartments seemed alright and reasonably spacious, but the fixtures and details were pretty old and I think it needs a remodel to justify the price.

The apartment that was available at San Clemente Villas By The Sea was very nice. The features were super simplified, but they're beautiful and workable. Everything you would need was in your little apartment. It was perfect. They have a workout area, a movie theater, and a multipurpose room, where they do all kinds of different things like exercise classes. They also have a pool, a blackjack table, an art room, and a salon. The dining room was phenomenal. It's like restaurant dining from the way the tables and everything were set up. It's like a group dining room, so it was very busy. There were tons of residents there. They have a lot of areas where you could go and sit with groups of people. They're in different areas, not just in one space, and it fits 20 plus people.

San Clemente Villas By The Sea was beautiful and welcoming. They did a great job. I looked at all levels of care and everybody I ran into seemed really nice. They had lots of activities. The seniors were able to maintain independence while also being under their care. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It's a beautiful setting. They have a view of the ocean, and they have really big solar panels.

My mom is moving to San Clemente Villas. I chose it because I have a few friends whose parents are residents there and my friends spoke very highly of it. I toured the place and it seemed professional. I've been impressed with everything I've seen thus far. It appears that it's a really friendly community, and people are out and about with the other residents. It just seemed like they have a strong sense of community.

San Clemente Villa was assisted living. For two people or somebody who could get around, it was fine, but if you needed more care, they had a memory unit. Their regular units were for older people who needed help but could take care of themselves. They pretty much had an apartment environment. They had good meals in their dining room. They had a swimming pool, library, and different amenities. The one-bedroom apartments had a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a private bedroom. The place was very clean, very orderly, and very well run.

San Clemente Villas by the Sea was dirty, and the residents looked very unhappy. It needs a complete renovation because it was built maybe 15 or 20 years ago and looked like they haven’t done anything since. I did not like this place at all. The people who ran it were a little pushy, too, and really turned me off. I would suggest that they renovate and clean the place.

San Clemente Villas was nice. It was clean. There was no urine smell. I would have placed my mom there if necessary. The staff was great. I didn’t eat a meal there, but the food looked good. They had a full dining-room, and a nice salad bar. They had outings, tons of things internally, a barber shop, and a beauty salon. They had a memory locked area so it was full service. I would highly recommend it.

I visited the San Clemente Villas by the Sea. I found the staff friendly, and the place was very well decorated and clean. Their dining room was very inviting. They were having water color instructions at that time. I think I went at a slow time because there weren’t a lot of people moving around or anything; they were just resting. I think it was after lunch. They seemed to have a lot of activities; they have movie nights, and there always seemed to be somebody in attendance to help with anything.

San Clemente Villas was very busy. The day that my mom and I visited them was a Sunday. They were just finishing up their church service, and everybody was getting ready for lunch. It seems like the hallway was tight because everybody was out all at once. It was nice, but it was a little bit too chaotic for my mother. Because it was close quarters with all the people coming out at once, she felt it was a little bit chaotic. They had a lot going on in terms of the building's look which made it a little bit too cluttered. She wasn't comfortable there.

Villas by the Sea was good in every way. I loooked at some rooms when I visited, and it's not as much like an assisted living facility as the other place I visited. It was more like a hotel but not as large. It was good because it was not overwhelming and crowded.

San Clemente Villas by the Sea is very nice. It has beautiful architecture, beautiful building, beautiful yards, nice rooms, nice dining rooms, and a nice entry lounge area; just a beautiful facility. Nice location; half a block from the beach. The rooms have a living room, bedroom area, the ones that I looked at, and a small service kitchenette-type area. The dining area is like a first-class restaurant that looks out to the patio and garden. The staff are very nice. They were thoroughly professional throughout the tour, and they tried to get us to go there, but it was too expensive.

Dad is at San Clemente Villas. I like this facility because it is near our place. It seems nice, clean, and open. The staff is professional and they have lots of activities available. The food was fantastic. I will recommend it to others.

I have visited and participated in many events at the San Clemente Villas the staff is very friendly and the residents seem very Happy, they have a lot of activities to choose from and the owners are very active with the residents I have a few clients that tell me they love living at the Villas they also welcome other people that provide services to help the senior community and they hold seminars on different subjects... its a great place its clean and a friendly environment they have all the amenities to make your living there easy and they are next to a hospital which is very convenient....
