Dimond Care seemed a little dark to me. It's just one floor, so I saw everything. The staff I met was very friendly, showed me different things, and let me tour the kitchen (which is kind of different). They're very helpful and answered all my questions.
I also saw their common area, and it seemed clean and well-kept. It was just kind of dark to me. It's also a smaller assisted living facility. I saw a TV room. I think it's the common area, where I think they eat as well. They also had a few parking spaces. It's just a very small place.

Dimond Care was OK. It looked like an old convalescent home, but I don't have anything bad to say about them. The one-bedroom that was available was clean. The person during the visit was very helpful. The dining area looked clean. The residents were sitting in a little area watching TV. Everybody looked OK.

My mom was at Dimond Care, and we had a good experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and I would rate them very highly. The food was good, but I think they need to pay more attention to the individual patient's dietary needs. The rooms were a little run-down and dated. They play bingo. I think they can improve on modernization and have more privacy, like instead of a curtain, they can have a partition when there are two patients to a room.

The only thing I disliked about Dimond Care was that one of the employees had their kids in there, so they're busy taking care of the kids while working. Other than that, it was nice, neat, and people were very friendly, but we were looking more for independent living. I only saw the residents watch TV; that was the only thing. The dining room was nice. They were serving lunch, and it was very on time for lunch -- on the dot -- and everything was pretty cool.

Dimond Care was small. They had activities in the morning and the evening, plus a garden and a patio outside. People were very accommodating and friendly.
