Twilight Haven's director, Crystal, was very helpful in the process. She helped me go through the steps. I needed to know it was possible to get my uncle in there. She made me aware of a form that I could have his doctor sign to be able to get him in the facility which started our process. He will be moving into their assisted living this month.
During my visit, I would describe the staff as very friendly and dedicated to their patients or the seniors. The facilities and amenities could be a little updated but they have a salon and a courtyard. They also have a place for events. The facility is conveniently located in between the family, it's in the middle of where all our family lives. It's quite near shopping centers too.
