Part of the Arrowhead neighborhood in Glendale, Arizona, Inspira is a new 62+ community currently under development by Cadence Senior Living and P.B. Bell & Associates, and the newest neighbor to join Treasure House and Velaire Apartments in the Aspera master-planned community.

Amenities bloom throughout our spacious eleven-acre campus, including gentle walking paths, a dog park, a fire pit for cool nights and a pool for hot days.

The gaming room is a great place to connect over billiards, while the spa offers a quiet retreat, right where you live. Plus, a full-service continuum of care is ready to support residents whenever they may need it.

Inspira offers several lifestyle choices: independent living assisted living and residential memory care. This is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but naturally want to remain living near each other.

At Inspira you can choose an independent living studio, or a one- or two-bedroom apartment with 1 or 2 baths available. All with the security of knowing that as needs evolve over time, Inspira offers assisted-living and memory care apartments.

At Inspira, we don’t think people should have to move to receive personal care services. Residents can live wherever they like since our caregivers can provide care to an assisted living resident anywhere in the community. Our integrated lifestyle is a great option, especially for couples when one spouse requires more help than the other, but both want to live in an active and vibrate community.

Inspira Arrowhead is a very, very nice place. Food is great here. It's much better than where we were at and the noise is down to a minimum. Their soups are very, very good. The meal can be anything from a chicken slider to an Angus beef burger, while evening meals can be a steak, a casserole, or chicken and their desserts are very nice. They have a big saltwater pool, all kinds of amusements, bingo, and entertainment/live music. Last night, they had a country western theater, which was good. This place is also cheaper than the one we were at.

We chose Inspira Arrowhead for my parents. They had the services that are going to be required for my mother as she progressively gets worse with her dementia. The fact that it had assisted living and memory care was a bonus for us with this location. The staff seemed fine. Every time we called in order to tour, they made themselves available. They scheduled times and days that were convenient for us and our family. As we'd gone back to visit, they have accommodated those additional requests as well. What was important to us was that it went from an independent to an assisted living to a memory care facility. They had transportation that's free within a 10-mile radius of the location. They had an indoor theater and a heated pool. They had three floors of apartments. The second and third floor had balconies. The first floor had small patios. They had a dining room area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They had the assisted living immediately able to be incorporated into the program for my parents, and that was going to be something that they may or may not need.
