i was very pleased with the care my stepmother received while at Sanai. She felt very included in the family setting provided by the caregiver. It was a home with love and caring where my stepmother thrived. She was at Sinai for 4 years and lived 97 years. She loved the food and especially the caregiver and owner. I highly recommend Sanai and encourage anyone who is looking for care to visit.

My family and I (veteran nurse) have been very pleased with the care my father has received at SINAI. He was there in 2009 until 2011. The Dr. was impressed that his health improved all this time. The staff and the owner has quickly become a second family. They do the extra mile care for my father; as well as the others residents there. Sinai home was always clean and a nice atmosphere home, my father was absolutely happy and love the delicious homemade food. He met a friend there, his comments was positive and grateful for that home. We miss my father very much, as well as going to visit SINAI. Definitely, I highly recommend this home to anybody.

I can not imagine a better home for mom us she progresses with her Alzheimer's. She has lots of good, loving care and attention and a beautiful living environment. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood, safe, with a beautiful landscape. My mother absolutely loved the home made food by the manager. We are blessed to live close and are always welcome when we visit. It really is a home!!!

I have visited and referred clients to this home. In general, I thought Sanai Assisted Living Home was a nice home.
The grounds of the facility were horrible. The lawn was dried, dead, and needed a lot of TLC, the backyard was nice except for they had huge big dogs. The common areas of Sanai was nice for the owners but not the residents. It was very little space for wheelchairs, and the owners had literally transitioned their home into Sanai Assisted Living Home, the living room is nicely decorated for a family not seniors, the den has nice cozy furniture with a nice entertainment area for residents to enjoy movies but was so small. The residents' rooms were normal room size and the master bedroom was still being used by one of the owners. So with the rooms I did see they were ok and they have a nice shared hallway bathroom as well.Â
The staff and management is the same a wife and husband team who seemed to be very nice when we first met. They opened their doors with open arms for the family I showed the home too as well. The family was very satisfied with Sanai.
While I was there the next day to visit with my client so they could sign the residential agreement, the wife decides to try to tell the family they would have to pay extra even though the client was a Medicaid client. She understood all the terms prior to that day and tried to get more money. The family so upset and saw how the management was and decided to go with another home.
Overall, Sanai was an ok home but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because the owners didn't seem like they had a clue about assisted living.
I give this home two stars because I didn't feel they could handle caring for seniors and they only were worried about the money instead of caring for seniors.

My husband was at this facility and care was not adequate. He fell 3 times while there once requiring medical treatment, food was not good, there is a huge turnover in care givers because of poor administration. Many safety issues too numerous to mention. I would never place anyone there. The female owner talks a good game, but never delivers. Her son is a figure head only and does accounting work.

I have no problems with the care that my relative received here, but ther owner was hard to deal with. She would have verbal fights with her father, a resident of the house, and with health care workers. At one point the police had to be called to the home. My mother was treated very badly by this owner.
We verbalized our dislike for this owner, and they asked us to leave before the first 30 days were up, and are refusing to return any of our $2,500 deposit. I could never recommend this facility to anyone.
