I went to Hope's Creek Retirement Center. I was very pleased with it and pleased with the staff. It was very clean, neat, and modern. They have activities. It was homey, and there was no smell at all. It was nice.

The staff is quite pleasant to deal with and really keep me informed of whats going on with the care of my grandfather. They like to not only let me know the health side of thing in a technical manner but also how he is doing personally. I like that its close to home so if I am ever needed in an emergency I can be there at a moments notice. There are quite a few activities going on on a daily basis and that also helps him to not become a recluse. He has friended up with a few of the other gentlemen there and they like to sit around and discuss sports and the old days. Overall if I had to make the choice again I would definately choose Hope's Creek again. The location is right, the price is right and the atmospere is just what we were looking for. My grandfather is very happy where he is and my mind is set at ease knowing he is being very well taken care of.

A few months ago my aunt was taken to Hope's Creek because her three children discovered it was necessary for her to be in an assisted living facility. Of course my aunt didn't want to go at first, but it didn't take her long to feel comfortable living at Hope's Creek. She is checked on several times each day and night, and someone always lets her when it is time to come to the cafeterial to have a meal. The food is always very good, as my aunt has often told my husband and me. Hope's Creek often has different games and other amusements for the residents, and we can see the people there always have something to do. Aunt Edna's family often visit her, as my husband and I do. A few years ago we had two other family members who lived in this facility, and they both liked living there as well. My family and I would definitely recommend this facility who is looking for an assisted living facility.
