We looked at many facilities to find a place for our mom to live. The day we walked into Brookstone we knew we had found the right place for her. The staff are all honestly so accommodating and helpful. From the day my mom moved in she felt like this was her home and has been treated like she’s family. My mom couldn’t be happier and even told us she felt like Brookstone was a dream come true!

We took the tour at BrookStone Assisted Living. It's a very nice place. We were really impressed with the lady that we spoke to, and the facility. It was very clean. They were having karaoke when we were there. The people were all gathered around there, they were all smiling, and enjoying it. It seemed like they enjoyed being there. The atmosphere was very, very pleasing.
We actually visited assisted living, but we also talked about memory care because that's probably where my father-in-law is heading.
The outdoors are very nice, very clean, and it was just a very nice facility.
They offer a bus to take folks on their errands and that kind of thing. They have mystery drives and they have games. The dining area was very nice. We didn't eat there, but they had fresh fruit out and they could just help themselves.
The manager that gave us the tour was just the sweetest. The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable, sympathetic, and understanding.

My uncle has been in Brookstone Assisted Living. They've done a really great job with his care. They're taking care of him. The facilities are nice. The staff communicates well. They do well with meeting the needs of the residents. The food is good. They have different everyday options that you can choose from, and they have specials as well. They have storytelling and bingo. The activity director is really great about doing Fourth of July, and Father's Day, and different holidays. It's a little expensive. It's close to the hospital and it has assisted living, and memory care, and hospices right beside it, so it has all the different stages that you might need.

BrookStone is a great place. My dad hasn't moved in yet. He is still in rehab, but he will move in on Monday or Tuesday. The staff was great in every way. They have been phenomenal. The location looks great, and they have everything. I have only been in it enough to move my dad's stuff in the room, so that has been great, and everybody has been awesome. His room is nice. They're great about everything.

The staff is wonderful and are excellent in taking care of our mother. If anyone is looking for a place for a loved one, this is the best assisted living in Northwest Arkansas.

I visited Brookstone Assisted Living, and it's very nice. I would live there. I didn't see too many people at that time, but it was a really nice place. We just talked to two ladies while we were there, and they were very nice. The dining area looked very nice, and it was nice and clean. They have a little courtyard area, a community room where they had music, and church service. I think it's a great place.

I toured BrookStone in case my parents moved to Arkansas. It's new and very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. It was a fine visit. I really didn't walk around that much. I just went into the office, talked for a while, and left. However, it looked very nice. It looked dignify and comfortable. A couple of residents that I saw were very happy. I didn't see anybody looking sad. Everybody was relaxed and happy.

Brookstone is very good and has excellent service and attention to detail. The caring attitude and the willingness to help stood out. The food seemed acceptable; my mother seemed to like it, and it looked pretty good to me.

I liked the staff at BrookStone Assisted Living. They did an awesome job at explaining different things, like activities, food, the care the seniors need, and who they make sure everything is clean and not disgusting. Overall, they're pretty good.

The staffs at Brookstone Assisted Living were friendly and informative. Everything was good, but my parents had a hard time making a final decision to change their lifestyle. It is a good place, and it is clean. The people are friendly and helpful. The last time I talked to them, they only had one apartment left, but my parents are still not in that mode where they are ready to make a decision. It has a friendly atmosphere, and it is clean and laid out well. They have transportation and a beauty salon. I was both pleased and impressed with the visit.
