I went to look at Brookdale Conway Arkansas. The staff was very nice, caring, and very involved with the residents. They were very knowledgeable and cared a lot about the residents. The facility was very clean and modern. They had a lot of activities and amenities to make my life easier. They had a salon, an outdoor patio area, and a library.

My mom has been living in Brookdale Conway since November. She's in assisted living. From my initial conversation with them, I just absolutely fell in love with all of the staff. Their director, the secretary, the person that answers the phone, and every single person just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not only that, but they also helped us through the process, even if it meant that we weren't there, by just giving us valuable information and just being so helpful to us. Since mom has moved in, every single staff person is always friendly, always smiling, and always helpful. I have not had a single bad experience with them. I tasted the food and it was just so tasteful. They told us that they don't use salt. They cook everything in a diabetic type diet so the food is seasoned with natural herbs but it was still very tasteful. Everything in the facility has been very nice and always clean. I love the rooms too. I know that they've had some construction lately because there was a water leak in one of the rooms but they've made sure that everything was cleared out and always tidy, even though there's been some remodeling having to take place in some of the rooms. My mom tells me about all the activities and they have multiple of them every single day. I have gone with her to some as well and she enjoys them. Karaoke was one of them and they also have bingo. The place was slightly over our budget, but they were able to work with us so well to make it affordable. It's definitely worth the money.

Brookdale Conway was very nice, but there were some drawbacks, like walking far to the cafeteria. It wouldn't be very comfortable for people like me who are disabled. The rooms were quite small and we wouldn't have been able to fit a double bed inside, but they were clean and arranged well. The staff answered all our questions, but they put in a lot of extra talking where we couldn't concentrate anymore.

Brookdale Conway is nice. I liked it, but I just couldn’t afford it. The staff was very friendly, the dining area was very clean, and the apartments were nice and spacious.

Brookdale Conway had really nice rooms -- which was one of the reasons why I wanted to go -- with big showers. It was a really nice clean place, but there was nothing to do there. Everybody was just sitting around and talking, and that was just about it. The staff was excellent. They did really well. The food was good. They had a patio out there with barbecue grills, which they use every once in a while.

I had my mom here. It was nice and I was very happy with their services. They care about their people and they’re there to help.

It was a very nice. The staff was very courteous. I think the rooms were very nice, too. It's a very nice facility. I think it would be perfect for anybody needing secure help from standpoint of availability of facilities.

It was very nice. It was clean and had different options on level of care. The lady who showed us the building was very friendly. They had a two-bedroom option, which was what we were looking for. They also had a one-bedroom option and they were all adequate. I would recommend this facility to others.
