About This Community
We will provide hygiene services as agreed upon in the resident's negotiated service agreement. Overlake Terrace serves residents with dementia whether or not they require a secure environment, as long as there is space available in the secure unit. Overlake Terrace also serves residents with a diagnosis of depression. All other mental illness diagnosis must be assessed as appopriate to be cared for in the community by the nurse prior to any agreement ot move-in and on an on-going basis for changes in condition and/or for continued residency in the community. Overlake Terrace will not accept or retain any resident who poses a risk of harm to self or others, including verbal or physical aggresion.

I had my wife at Overlake Terrace. I had her in there five hours a day for one week. I chose this place because it appeared to be the best. The place is great and the people are great.
