My friend stayed at Forest Farm and the care was excellent. He had a large private room. Tracy from Therapy was great and very knowledgeable.. I had a guest tray and the food was better then I would have expected. I would recommend going there.

My mother stayed here for four weeks following a fall and fractured ribs. The staff were very caring and friendly. PS She's been at home for 10 months since, and has repeated UTIs despite having CNAs for several hours a day daily. It's something hard to avoid for seniors wearing adult diapers 24/7, even with frequent changes.

My grandmother stayed at this facility after she broke her hip. The nurses were very friendly, but not all that competent. She was constantly being diagnosed with urinary tract infections and put on medication without my mother's approval. The approval was needed because certain types of medication would mimic dementia in my grandmother. It wasn't until we moved her to another facility that we realized that the urinary tract infections were most likely a product of uncleanliness.
