I was reluctant to leave my elderly father at any nursing home or rehab facility because I never had an experience with these facilities and thought he would be unhappy and scared to be away from our family. But, dad needed the care that I could not offer while recovering from a stroke. Fortunately, Bethel provided him with excellent care. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The services offered got my dad back to being independent so he could come home after two weeks. My father talks positively about his pleasant experience, even though he admits to giving them a "hard time" when he started.
