We are VERY pleased with Willow Creek Memory Care. It's fairly near my home. They have a waiting list to get there. My mom was going to adult day care there every day starting back in September or October. They finally opened up a room for her middle of February. One thing for sure, the price is definitely reasonable compared to other places, but that really did not make my decision. What made the difference was its absolutely clean, very well run and maintained. All the staff were very friendly, pleasant, and attentive to detail. I've seen no personal conflict happen in a situation when people work together. They really do take care of the people there; no one is neglected. Residents are engaged all day long. She's so much happier there than she was at my house. She has people to talk during the day, things to do, places to walk around, and she's not bored. She's also very happy with the food. She said it was great.

Willow Creek was very nice. One thing that I was impressed with, they said most of their care-givers had been there at least 5 years, which I think speaks very well. Working with memory care is a hard job, and if they stayed that long, it must be good in the sense that they care for what they're doing, and the people in charge must be good. They don't leave. They had activities going on, and it was clean. The people were very friendly and very helpful. They have a long waiting list there because it's good and affordable, so people want to go there. That would be my second choice.

I was really impressed with the high level of care that they gave the people living there.
