Home Sweet Home is a prestige Adult Medical Daycare Center located in Elizabeth, NJ. The two shifts available run from 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm Mon-Fri. Medicaid/HMO pays for this program 100%, private pay is also available. Our facility offers transportation To and From your home and to nearby doctor appointments. We have numerous activities, trips, social services, beauty/barber services, Nursing services, physical therapy, and hot, fresh meals, and much more.

Our dedicated multi-lingual staff is here to help with activities of daily living. We speak English, Spanish, Korean, and Hindu. We pride ourselves in our service; the atmosphere is of companionship and family.

We cater to people with chronic conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease, adults suffering from mental illnesses, and weak or frail older adults requiring nursing care or assistance with daily living activities.
