"Program provides a supervised day program including socialization, exercise, recreational activities, breakfast and lunch. An nurse is on duty at all times to dispense and monitor medication, assistance in all ADL's, toileting and transferring. Adult Day Health can handle a wide variety of medical and health criteria including oxygen dependence, wheel chair bound, etc. Activity programs are tailored to meed individual needs."
