"The Rogerson House Adult Day Health Program is a day program that offers adults a place to gather, participate in activities and have access to needed health services. Participants come to the center during the day and return to their own home in the afternoon. Services include a variety of activity programs, meals, counseling, podiatry, transportation, trips, social services, exercise, rehabilitation, assistance with personal care, medication administration and monitoring."
