"The Kit Clark Memory Loss Program at the Boston Home provides Adult Day Health services for seniors afflicted with Alzheimer's Disease and other memory retention dementias. Therapies from the activity, cognitive, expressive, insight and motivational plans are used in client care plans. Registered nurses, activities coordinator, program/activity aides, social work aides and volunteers provide psyshological support for clients with memory loss. Hot lunch, snacks and activities are also provided"
