We’ll keep you safe while traveling from one place to another. We are ready to pick you up with our 10 Van Fleet. Safe, reliable, door-to-door transportation is provided in selected areas of the Greater San Gabriel Valley. We also provide assistance in enrolling and scheduling ride-sharing services such as Access Transportation and Dial-A-Ride.

Golden Years ADHC offers a broad range of healthcare services that promote faster healing, recovery, and rehabilitation. We aim to help our participants fully live their lives by rendering high-quality services that will enhance their health and overall well-being as well as their independence and self-reliance. Our professional healthcare staff monitors and supervises our participants 4 hours a day to ensure that they are in their best health possible and to be able to address their varying and/or immediate care needs.

We also offer Recreation Amenities to ensure that our participants stay emotionally, mentally, and socially healthy under our care. These amenities allow them to do and enjoy:

We provide all the needed support for our participants and their families. Some participants and family members may face difficulties in coping with and managing their conditions and situation. As such, we have social workers who provide all the necessary support services, and resources to help them get through challenging times. We conduct assessments and evaluations to address their needs immediately as needed.
